Adoption Application

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to adopt.
Adoption fees are $500 for adult dogs and $650 for puppies.
All dogs in the home must be spayed/neutered.
If the applicant is a renter or belongs to an HOA, they must provide proof that dogs are allowed at their place of residence, and if there are any breed or size restrictions.
A submitted application does not grant access to a meet and greet; application approval is subject to our discretion.
